The Important Fat Loss Questions

The most important fat loss questions are the ones you must ask yourself at the beginning of your fat loss journey.  These are the questions that get to the heart of the mission and lead you in the right direction.  This is not about nutrition or exercise.  Rather, this is about you and what you want.  This is about beginning with the end in mind.  This is about growing yourself before you even begin your endeavor.

And so here are the important questions you must ask yourself at the beginning of your fat loss journey:

1) What do I really want to get out of this journey?

2) How will I know when my journey is complete?

3) What do I want to look like at the end of my journey?

4) What do I want to feel like at the end of my journey?

5) What do I want my life to be like at the end of my journey?

Answer these five questions and you will be well on your way to achieving your greatest goals.  Remember, there will certainly be setbacks along the way and it will not always be easy.  But that’s why you’re doing this now and have not already completed it.  This is about getting something new and exciting out of your life.
